- Does Weldune hold the money until a milestone is met?
- No. The kit organizes the project into an agreement, milestones and a log. It does not hold or transfer funds.
- Will the agreement stand up in a Nigerian court?
- Enforceability depends on local law. Have the agreement reviewed by a licensed lawyer in Nigeria before signing; the template's reviewer of record is listed on its certificate once logged.
- Does the kit confirm the contractor owns or can build on the land?
- No. That sits outside the kit; confirm it separately before signing.
- Will the agreement hold up in a Nigerian court?
- Enforceability depends on Nigerian law and the specific facts. Have the agreement reviewed by a licensed lawyer in Nigeria before signing; the kit does not make that call itself.
