The diaspora build kit standardizes the structure a project at home usually lacks. It turns your location, budget, build stages and supervisor into a build agreement between owner, contractor and supervisor, a milestone schedule with release conditions, a per-milestone photo and video verification checklist, a disbursement log and a red-flag guide. The same documents every project, so the decisions you used to make over the phone make fewer mistakes. It organizes the project. It does not verify title and does not hold or move money.
